Zedi Announces International Agreement with Emerson Process ManagementCALGARY, ALBERTA – (July 19, 2010) – Zedi Inc. (“Zedi”) (TSX VENTURE: ZED) announced today an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) agreement with Emerson Process Management to provide field automation solutions. The agreement will capitalize on the strength of the Zedi production operations solutions, delivered through the Zedi Access platform, and the internationally-known scope of Emerson's Remote Automation Solutions field intelligence.

The instrumentation provided by Emerson will be designed to work seamlessly with the Zedi Intelligent Network to deliver highly reliable and accurate data through Zedi Access, a secure web portal. By using Zedi Access, producers are able to make better informed decisions and effectively manage more wells, regardless of location.
