Keith brings to Zedi 26 years of experience in the oil and gas industry as an executive, financial and business advisor and as a partner in the oil and gas department of a major Calgary law firm. Prior to his current position as Chairman of the Board, Keith served as Zedi’s President and CEO.
Keith holds a Bachelor of Law from the University of Wisconsin and a BA in Economics from the University of Alberta.

Martin’s diverse corporate experience assists in guiding the Zedi executive team through its strategy and business decisions. As a founder and Managing Director of Matco Capital Ltd. from 2001 to 2009 and as a former partner and CEO of Bennett Jones LLP, Martin is widely acknowledged as a leading expert in mergers and acquisitions. Martin serves, and has served, as a director on a wide variety of for-profit and not-for-profit boards, including Oil States International (NYSE) and CalFrac Well Services (TSX).
Martin has a Law degree from the University of Alberta, supported by his undergraduate studies in Philosophy and Pure Math from the University of Calgary.
Pierre B. Lebel

Pierre’s vast experience in managing public organizations and transitioning them into operating companies is vital to Zedi management. Pierre is currently the Chairman of Imperial Metals Corporation; a Vancouver based mine and Development Company.

Alan lends his knowledge from various corporate and government related positions to Zedi, providing a broad perspective on the high tech sector. He is President and CEO of Genome British Columbia, a genomics research and development organization based in Vancouver.
Alan holds a PH.D in Electrical Engineering from Queen’s University.

Daryl’s extensive background provides Zedi with valuable information on creating and understanding business environment in the Western Canadian Sedentary Basin. Daryl has over 30 years of petroleum engineering and regulatory experience and was the founder and CEO of GLJ one of Canada’s leading petroleum consulting firms. Currently Daryl is an independent investor in the oil and gas sector and serves as a Director for a number of public companies.
Daryl has a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Manitoba.

Jim brings over 30 years of experience in the energy related sector to Zedi. He is well known in the business community and has a strong reputation as a leader in the Canadian oil and gas sector. Jim has founded, led and sold a number of successful oil and gas operations over his 30 years since graduating from the University of Calgary. Jim has served on numerous charitable boards and is currently the Director of the Marigold Foundation.
Jim has an engineering degree from the University of Calgary.
Matthew Heffernan

Matthew’s extensive experience of executive management in technology, sales, and business development continues to aid Zedi in achieving the vision of becoming the global leader in Production Operations Management. Matt was engaged as Director with the company prior to accepting this current position as President and CEO in 2006. In addition to his work at Zedi, Matt sits on the Board of Director for Iunctus Geomatics Inc., was a member of the Chairman’s Circle for Southern Alberta Institute (SAIT) and a council member for the BC Greenway Project.
Matt is formally educated in electronic engineering technology at Algonquin College and business computing at the Anderkoc Institute.
